Email [email protected]. We usually answer within two working days, in English. For anything that is not about a product or a purchase, write to [email protected].

What to include

• the product's name (for example EPUB Reader or SlotKeeper);
• your browser, and whether you use the extension, the web app, or the app opened from Google Drive™, Google Forms™ or Google Sheets™;
• what you expected and what happened, and any message the app showed.

Please do not send us private files, the contents of private emails, or your respondents' answers. If a file does not open, describe it instead: its type, its size and the program that made it.

Purchases, license keys and refunds

Pro purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, on its own checkout page, and the receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the purchase, including refunds.

For a lost license key or to ask for a refund, reply to your receipt, or write to [email protected] with the email address you bought with and the product's name.
